Big Gorkha Security Service Pvt. Ltd. is a registered private security and cleaning service provider based in Kathmandu, Nepal, offering:
Manned guarding & mobile patrols
Reception & front desk security
Cleaning and housekeeping services
Bouncer & event security
Specialized security solutions
All services provided are subject to a formal written agreement or contract.
The service scope, duration, payment terms, and client obligations are detailed within the agreement.
Emergency or one-time services may be offered based on availability and confirmed with a formal quotation.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and appropriate access to the premises.
Any changes to agreed service schedules or scope must be communicated in writing.
Clients must ensure that any security or cleaning staff deployed are treated with respect and are not exposed to unsafe or unlawful conditions.
All payments must be made on time as per the invoice or contractual terms.
Delayed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
The quoted prices are exclusive of VAT (13%) unless stated otherwise.
A minimum of 15 days' written notice is required for cancellation of ongoing service contracts.
Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered.
For one-time services, cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to service may incur a charge.
All staff provided by BGS are fully vetted, trained, and insured.
BGS shall not be held liable for damages or losses caused by client negligence or acts beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, criminal acts by third parties).
If any staff member is found to be acting unprofessionally, please report it immediately for internal action.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
Unauthorized use of this site may result in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
