The company has been managed by high profile team of experienced, qualified and professional members including ex-police and ex-army. The management team itself is a security expertise who knows all the security related problems and have ability to solve it. The internal key team members of the company were well known about the security situation of Nepal through the government security services and able to analyze difficult and challenging situation easily.
BGS’s Chairman, Mr. Devendra Subba is a retired police officer. He has started his career in the Nepal Police as a Police Inspector in 2045 B.S and promoted to Deputy Superintend of Police. After serving 12 years in Nepal Police, he was voluntarily transferred to Armed Police Force where he served another 14 years of his career. He was retired as Deputy Inspector General of Armed Police (DIGP) in 2071 BS.
During his 26 years in both the services, he has worked as a chief at several Police Stations, Training Centers, District Police Offices, and Brigade (Regional Offices). Further, he has done prestigious duty as an ADC (close protection security) to His Majesty Late Birendra Bir Bikram Saha Dav, King of Nepal. He has also worked in three UN Missions – Iraq, Kosovo and Sudan supporting peace worldwide. Furthermore, he has worked as a member for the Secretariat of the Special Committee for Supervision, Integration and Rehabilitation of the Maoist Army Combatants.
Mr. Chairman has completed various security training like crime investigation, INTERPOL, VVIP security, senior management, counter insurgency, special weapon and war tactics, administrative staff college training, etc. He has also received overseas training like Executive Security Course form Hawaii, USA and Anti Narcotic Drug Training from Canada as well.
